API key management redesign

The API key page in workspace settings caught up with the rest of the app: each key is now a card showing its name, masked token, created date, and last-used time, with status pills for active, expiring soon, expired, and revoked keys.
Creating a key takes a name and an optional expiry, and the token is shown once at creation, since only its hash is stored.
