Feature-scoped credit types
Platform
Teams can now hold credits that are only spendable on certain surfaces. Platform credits cover everything, while API, MCP, and Report credits pay only for their own surface, so an MCP-only pool cannot be drained by platform agents.
Usage draws from the most specific matching pool first and falls back to Platform. Which surface a request entered through decides which pool pays, even when that request fans out into agent runs.
